Soothi App – Terms of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to Soothi, a mental health support application owned and operated by 5D Genesis Corp, a company registered in Panama (“we,” “our,” “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soothi mobile application (“App”) and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using Soothi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Soothi provides mental health support tools, educational content, and guided exercises. It is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or facing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified health provider immediately.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to use the App. If you are under this age, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Post or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by 5D Genesis Corp and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)
Some features may require payment or subscription. Prices and payment terms will be displayed in the App or App Store listings.

8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App inappropriately.

10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the results you may achieve by using Soothi.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5D Genesis Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Panama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
